This venue in a classy location has great upkeep and is conveniently close to other well-known hotels in Malaysia, as well as dining options, public transportation, and a pharmacy nearby.

The room was luxurious with a stunning view of the pool, the breakfast was impressive, and I was able to check in early.

Wonderful hotel, clean, employees are kind, and location is awesome to the Light Rail Transit station. Their breakfast option with beverages and local Malaysian food, as example is very good and the best, put others we have been to shame!

The hotel was very clean. the staff were really friendly and top-class. - the location was great, near Asia Jaya LRT station. - I loved the well-equipped bathroom and air conditioning in our deluxe plus king room. - It was great having a personal safe and a mini-bar in the room.

Without asking, we are upgraded to stay 2 nights at Executive Floor. The Executive Lounge serves breakfast and afternoon teas. We were pleasantly surprised.

The counter staff should have notified us that they have upgraded us to the EXecutive Floor and the facilities the Lounge provided. We found out the provileges only when we wanted to order a room service breakfast

The location was perfect for travelling to most places like Mid Valley, One Utama and KL Central

The hotel's staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are fancy and beautifully maintained, complete with fast internet and a very comfy bed. The breakfasts are particularly good, with beverages and local Malaysian food.

I had a great time staying at a well-organized hotel located in a central area with easy access to the Thai Buddhist Chetawan Temple within walking distance.

It's modern hotel with dedicated staff and free internet. Location of venue was good and unbeatable and the shuttle to fro airport was a big plus. There was a good restaurant, shopping centers and a market next door.

Spotless hotel with free and local breakfasts. Location close to shops, eateries, metro, and attractions. Deluxe plus queen room recently renovated with extra beds and bathtub. Very clean pool on the property.

Location of hotel and hotel staff very efficient and friendly. Free car parking and close to LRT station to access thje centre of KL.

The 'King Guestrooms' are in real need of upgrading / renovation - especially the carpets. The room has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel but the condition of them are not what you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. I'd suggest guests pay a bit extra and book a deluxe room instead - you get a much bigger bathroom with separate shower and the rooms are a little less worn and tired looking. You get what you pay for I guess.
